ABOUT MS. GREGORIO
Alaina Gregorio is an experienced litigator, licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. She is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Gregorio has secured many numerous settlements and verdicts for her clients.
Ms. Gregorio graduated cum laude from LaSalle University in 2007 before receiving her juris doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2011. During law school, Ms. Gregorio held a judicial internship in the United States District Court in Camden, NJ with Honorable Judge Renee Marie Bumb. Ms. Gregorio began her legal career focusing on business and labor and employment law, which quickly evolved to the complex catastrophic work she does presently.
Outside of the office, Alaina enjoys serving her community by providing pro bono legal representation through the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (Philadelphia VIP). In addition, Alaina volunteers with Manna, an organization that provides nutritious, medically appropriate meals to community members suffering from life threatening illnesses. In her spare time, Alaina enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and visiting the Jersey shore.

In 2014, Ms. Gregorio was recognized by South Jersey Magazine as a Top Lawyer and as one of South Jersey Biz’s Best Attorneys in Business. In 2015, Ms. Gregorio was selected as Top 40 Under 40 by SNJ Business People. In 2020, 2021, and 2022, Ms. Gregorio was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, which is only awarded to less than five percent of attorneys in PA. Ms. Gregorio is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
