Ashley DiLiberto has represented clients across the nation and has received seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements in catastrophic injury litigation involving defective medical devices, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, toxic torts, explosions, transportation collisions, premises liability, and medical negligence.
Ms. DiLiberto spearheads the Messa & Associates’ Mass Tort Litigation Team, which is involved in many of the largest Multi-District Litigations (MDLs) in the Nation, such as the 3M Earplug, Bard Mesh, Boy Scouts of America, Camp Lejeune, CPAP, Hair Relaxer, Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder, Roundup, and Zantac litigations.

Ms. DiLiberto graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, while simultaneously working in the Delaware State Senate and concentrating on tort reform and legislation of Big Pharma. It was during that time that she merged her passions for law and medicine and began Law School, vowing to make her life purpose one of promoting justice and transparency in our communities, by protecting the lives, rights, and dignities of those who have been harmed by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and toxic torts.

Ms. DiLiberto is licensed to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
In 2022, she was central to the successful outcome in her client’s bellwether trial in the 3M Earplug Litigation, which is the largest active MDL in history, where she is still currently representing over 300 other military veterans.
In 2022, Ms. DiLiberto was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Leadership Committee for In Re: Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level Pap, And Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation, MDL No. 3014, by the Hon. Joy Flowers Conti in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
In 2019, Ms. DiLiberto was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star list - a distinction awarded to top-performing Pennsylvania attorneys under 40 based on committee and peer nominations – and has been selected to that list of Rising Stars every year since. Less than five percent of attorneys in PA are awarded Super Lawyers selections.
